1. Materials and price

Aluminum panel is generally used 2-4mm thick AA1100 pure aluminum panel or AA3003 aluminum alloy panel, and domestic manufacturers generally use 2.5mm thick AA3003 aluminum alloy panel; Aluminum composite panel is generally 3-4mm three-layer structure, including the upper and lower two 0.5mm clamped PVC or PE. We can see from the material, the cost of aluminum composite panel must be much lower than aluminum veneer.


2. Processing process

At present, fluorocarbon spraying aluminum panel is mainly used in domestic aluminum panel. The processing process includes sheet metal parts processing and spraying. Sheet metal processing mainly processes the aluminum panel into the shape and size required for construction by cutting, folding, bending, welding, polishing and other processes on the panel. Spraying is to spray paint on the processed sheet metal.One is manual spraying, the other is machine spraying. 3. Performance and cost:

The early aluminum composite panel is not able to fire but with the development of aluminum composite panel technology, Due to the addition of non-toxic flame retardant materials in its PE, the fire resistance of the present fire aluminum plastic composite panel has been greatly improved, and it has been able to completely meet the needs of engineering fire protection. Residual value of aluminum panel has a certain residual value, but because of its expensive cost, compared with almost no residual value of aluminum plastic composite panel, caused by the waste is still much larger.
