Distinguish between the inner and outer panels of aluminum-plastic panels

In order to achieve the strength and hardness and seismic performance required in the design of aluminum-plastic panels, the thickness of the two-layer aluminum panels must be 0.15 mm or more. So how do you distinguish between the inner and outer panels of aluminum-plastic panels?

(1)The upper and lower aluminum plates of the inner wall generally adopt an aluminum plate having a thickness of 0.20 mm and a minimum thickness of not less than 0.10 mm, and the total thickness is generally 3 mm. The coating is polyester coated or acrylic coated.

(2)The upper and lower aluminum composite plate of the outer wall is made of rust-proof aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20 mm, and the total thickness is not less than 4 mm. The coating is generally made of a fluorocarbon coating or a polyester coating.

(3)In addition, the national standard also stipulates that the thickness of the outer wall panel is not less than 4MM, the thickness of the aluminum foil is not less than 0.5MM, the thickness of the inner wall panel is not less than 3MM, and the thickness of the aluminum foil is not less than 0.2MM.

 

Method for determining the fire rating of aluminum composite board

The fireproof grade of aluminum-plastic composite panel is determined by two indicators, namely the national mandatory standard GB8624 "Building material combustion performance classification method" and GB/T17748 "aluminum-plastic composite panel" national standard requirements. The combustion performance of building materials in China is graded as follows:

Class A: Non-combustible building materials

Class B1: Flame retardant building materials

Class B2: Combustible building materials

Class B3: Flammable building materials

The level of fireproof aluminum-plastic composite board should not be lower than B1.
